For Ticket Holders of the February 16 Atos Trio Performance:

We deeply regret that the snow emergency caused us to cancel the Feb. 16 concert by the ATOS Trio. Our best efforts to compensate for this unfortunate cancellation have yielded the following alternatives:

1. The Louisville Chamber Music Society (LCMS) has graciously agreed to accept tickets to the ATOS Trio for February 16 in Cincinnati at their presentation of the ATOS Trio at 3 PM, Sun. April 25, at Comstock Hall at the University of Louisville, in Louisville, KY. If you choose this alternative, please notify us no later than April 1, 2010, so that we may notify LCMS of the number of Cincinnatians to expect.

2. You may wish to donate your tickets to Chamber Music Cincinnati, which will entitle you to a deduction for a charitable contribution on your tax return. If you choose this option, please contact us to request a letter from us acceptable to the IRS confirming your charitable contribution.

3. You may request a voucher for a future concert by Chamber Music Cincinnati this season or next.

4. You may request a refund check for the purchase price of your ticket.

In choosing your alternative, please bear in mind that Chamber Music Cincinnati is an organization whose mission is to present chamber music ensembles and recitalists of the highest quality to Cincinnati audiences, and that we are a non-profit organization.
